The frequency adjustment range of the ETCXB-D series cable AC withstand voltage test device is 30-300Hz, which complies with the enterprise standard "Preventive Test Regulations for Power Equipment" issued by China Southern Power Grid Corporation. It not only meets the withstand voltage requirements of high-voltage XLPE cables, but also has the advantages of light weight (single component weight not exceeding 30kg) and good mobility, making it suitable for on-site testing. The resonant reactor and excitation transformer in this device are made of dry-type epoxy casting, which is suitable for the requirements of various types of cables.

1. Cables with voltage levels of 35kV and below are widely used and require a large amount of testing work. Therefore, this type of voltage withstand test device is small in size and light in weight, giving rise to portable cable voltage withstand test systems
2. This system requires that the weight of components that can be moved on-site by a single person should not exceed 30kg, and the weight of components that can be moved on-site by two people should not exceed 60kg, which is suitable for on-site handling
3. The power supply adopts 220V single-phase power supply or 380V single power supply, which is convenient for on-site power supply
4. The reactor part adopts dry-type epoxy casting, which is beautiful and reliable, suitable for the requirements of various types of cables
5. Oil immersed reactors are used for the withstand voltage test of cables with voltage levels of 110kV and above. When the individual weight exceeds 100kg, our company's dedicated small electric crane can be optionally equipped
